PARKLAND GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB HOSTS DAZZLING
2011 BROWARD/PALM BEACH MASTER BROKERS FORUM HOLIDAY PARTY
Networking Group for Elite Real Estate Professionals
Collects More than $800 in Cash and Toys for Pantry of Broward
PARKLAND, FL -- January 2, 2012 – The Master Brokers Forum (MBF) Broward and Palm Beach chapters, comprised of South Florida’s top residential real estate agents, recently celebrated the 2011 holiday season and a resurgent real estate market with its annual Holiday Party. This festive event was sponsored and hosted by Toll Bros. and the Parkland Golf & Country Club, and chaired by board members Sandra Tagliamonte and Christine Beck.
More than 100 Master Brokers from Jupiter to Hallandale enjoyed a dazzling cocktail reception on the clubhouse’s scenic patio, which began with a dramatic sunset and ended under a cascade of stars. After gathering inside the clubhouse, Beck and Tagliamonte welcomed the guests and introduced Carolyn Block Ellert and Phil Keagy, the Broward MBF’s chair and vice chair, who extended the organization’s collective gratitude to its host, friends from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and members throughout the region. Mark Smietana, sales manager of Parkland Golf & Country Club (and a Master Broker himself) then welcomed the guests and introduced them to the extraordinary sale opportunities in the community. The guests then enjoyed an exquisite buffet dinner.
Before departing, Tagliamonte announced that the MBF had collected that evening more than $800 in cash and toys for the Pantry of Broward; an organization providing food and support services to low-income seniors in need, and to grandparents raising their grandchildren. (This is the second consecutive year the MBF has supported the Pantry of Broward at its Holiday Party.)
“2011 was certainly a year worth celebrating, as South Florida’s real estate market enjoyed a terrific resurgence,” said Block Ellert. “We thank our friends at Toll Bros. for hosting this wonderful affair, and the volunteers and staff of the Pantry of Broward for all that they do throughout the year.”
The Broward Chapter of the Master Brokers Forum is generously supported by Wells Fargo.
